We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-orientated operations manager to lead a cluster of premium residential communities in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have 8–15 years of proven experience in facility management, including at least 3 years in residential communities, with strong expertise in large-team management, multi-site operations, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Additional Details:
Lead and oversee operations across a cluster of 20+ residential communities.
Ensure consistent, seamless service delivery and SLA compliance across all sites.
Conduct monthly site audits,



track action items and ensure timely closure.
Drive contract renewals, client relationships and customer satisfaction.
Review monthly MMRs, operational performance and key site metrics.
Capture customer feedback and drive continuous improvement across communities.
Oversee end-to-end site operations, including invoicing and payment collections.
Recruit, train and develop facility managers, supervisors and helpdesk teams.
