Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with 15+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and project controls across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop project schedules, baseline programs, and WBS for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Monitor procurement schedules, long-lead items, and vendor deliverables.
Track construction progress against baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Perform delay analysis, CPM analysis, and impact assessments.




Develop recovery and mitigation plans for project delays.
Maintain project documentation and project control records.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are achieved.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Project Planning & Project Controls
Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6
Project scheduling and baseline management
WBS development
CPM and delay analysis
Progress monitoring and reporting
Procurement & construction schedule tracking
Recovery and mitigation planning
Solid understanding of industrial/construction project execution

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with solid planning experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial projects, EPC, or large-scale construction projects will be given priority.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
