Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to generate qualified leads.
Manage the full performance funnel, including CPL, site visits, conversions, and bookings.
Test and optimize creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
Work closely with sales to track lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across high-performing campaigns.
Set up tracking, attribution, and performance reports aligned with business and revenue goals.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting campaigns and landing pages.
Manage remarketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Stay updated on platform changes, market trends, and competitor activity.

Desired Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM/lead-tracking tools.
Solid analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on leads, conversions, and ROI.




Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Experience in real estate, high-ticket sales, or lead-generation businesses is preferred.
Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.
Solid results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
