Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
Prior manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
Key Skill Requirements (Mandatory):
Robust exposure to manufacturing operations
SAP knowledge is required
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production workplace
Age preference: Below 30 years (as per requirement)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Machine Scheduling
Prepare and monitor machine schedules to meet production targets and delivery commitments.
Capacity Planning
Perform capacity analysis and ensure optimal utilization of machines and manpower.
Process Knowledge
Understand manufacturing processes and coordinate effectively with production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
Materials Planning
Plan and control raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production and minimal inventory variance.
Follow-Up & Coordination
Regular follow-up with:
Skill-based internal teams
External vendors and subcontractors
Ensure timely completion of work orders.
Communication Skills
Maintain effective communication with production, stores, quality, and subcontracting teams.
Internal & External Coordination
Coordinate smoothly with internal departments and subcontractors to meet production schedules.
