Job Description
Lead architecture and technical design initiatives while remaining hands-on with development
Mentor engineering teams and establish development standards
Drive code quality and best engineering practices
Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based applications
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders
Utilize contemporary development approaches including DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted development tools

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership and mentorship responsibilities
Strong backend development experience using .NET and REST APIs
Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS
Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions
Experience with Angular
