Position Overview:

n

The Talent, Learning & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.

n

This role ensures effective management of talent lifecycle processes, employee development, and recruitment operations, aligning with business goals and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvement across HCM Talent applications.

Talent Management:

n

n
- End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.
n
- Configure:
n
- Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
n
- Manage talent profiles, competency frameworks, and rating models.
n
- Support annual performance cycles, talent assessments, and calibration processes.
n
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies and career development frameworks.
n
- Configure career development plans and growth pathways.
n
- Ensure alignment with organizational talent strategy and workforce planning.
n

Oracle Learning (OLC) Management:

n

n
- Implement and support Oracle Learning Cloud (Learning module).
n
- Configure:
n
- Learning Catalog, Courses, Specializations, Learning Assignments, and Learner Experience.
n
- Manage training programs, certifications, and compliance learning initiatives.
n
- Support learning enrollment, content management,



and skill development frameworks.
n
- Collaborate with business teams to align learning initiatives with employee development strategies.
n
- Support integrations between Learning and Talent profiles and skill frameworks.
n

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC):

n

n
- End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
n
- Configure and manage:
n
- Job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, job offers and hiring processes.
n
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding integration.
n
- Configure recruiting structures including:
n
- Career sites
n
- Approval workflows
n
- Candidate selection processes
n
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruiting strategies and candidate experience.
n
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and organizational guidelines.
n

Must-Have Skills (Hands-on AMS Support Experience):

- Proven expertise in handling:
n
- Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements, and Configuration changes
n
- Strong experience in:

- Talent Management (Performance / Goals / Succession / Talent Review)

- Oracle Learning Cloud
n
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

- Experience in:
n
- End-to-end lifecycle implementation and support across Talent, Learning, and ORC.

- Solid understanding of:

- Talent lifecycle management
n
- Learning & development frameworks
n
- Recruitment processes and workflows
n
- Ability to troubleshoot post-go-live issues and production support activities
n
- Experience managing performance cycles, hiring cycles, and learning programs
n
- Strong understanding of integration with Core HR and other HCM modules

- Ability to work with Fast Formulas, workflows, and approvals (basic level awareness)
