Assist patients with bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, dressing, and other personal hygiene activities.
Assist patients with mobility, walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and repositioning.
Support patients with feeding and drinking as instructed by the Doctors.
Assist in maintaining proper patient positioning and comfort.
Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition.
Assist with the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Follow infection control procedures and hospital safety policies.
Maintain proper documentation and records as required by hospital procedures.
Certificate or training in Patient Care Assistant, GDA is preferred.
Prefer nearby candidates.
