Create a protected, caring, and engaging learning environment for young children.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, lessons, games, stories, and creative sessions.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, and general awareness.
Encourage children’s social, emotional, language, and motor development.
Monitor and maintain records of children’s progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s activities and progress.
Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
Organize fun activities, celebrations, art & craft, music, and other events.
Provide individual attention and support to children based on their learning needs.
Work closely with other teachers and school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.

Requirements
Graduate with NTT, ECCE, Montessori, D.El.Ed.,



B.Ed., or relevant qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in preschool/early childhood education preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly personality.
Positive command of English and/or Hindi.
Ability to engage young children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
