Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Python, Flask REST APIs, Snowflake, and AWS to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and data solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable APIs, data solutions, and cloud services while supporting application deployments and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python and Flask.
n
- Develop application integrations and services using RESTful APIs.
n
- Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake.
n
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processing solutions.
n
- Work with AWS cloud services to develop, deploy, and maintain applications.
n
- Utilize AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS/ECR, IAM, and CloudWatch as required.
n
- Build and maintain data ingestion and integration workflows between applications, AWS, and Snowflake.
n
- Troubleshoot application, API, database, and cloud-related issues.
n
- Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
n
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
n
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Collaborate with frontend,



QA, DevOps, data engineering, and business teams.
n
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
n
- Contribute to application architecture, design decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Technical Experience

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Flask API development.
n
- Good understanding of REST API design, authentication, error handling, and API integration.
n
- Strong experience working with Snowflake and SQL.
n
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application deployment.
n
- Understanding of database concepts and relational databases.
n
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
n
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across application, database, API, and cloud environments.
n

Good-to-Have Experience

n

- Experience developing applications using React.js.
n
- Experience with .NET Core Web API and C#.
n
- Experience working with Amazon Aurora MySQL.
n
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
n
- Experience with microservices architecture.
n
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

- Experience with AWS ECS/ECR and serverless services such as AWS Lambda.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong software development and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
