Role Overview:

n

We are looking for a Principal Technical Consultant with strong expertise in solution architecture, Java engineering, enterprise integration, cloud technologies, and client-facing technical consulting.

n

The role combines Architecture, Engineering, Integration, Consulting, and Client Leadership. You will work with technology organizations of major financial institutions to design and deliver solutions across complex banking ecosystems.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead technical solution design for complex banking implementations.
n
- Translate business and banking requirements into scalable technical architectures.
n
- Design integrations across core banking systems, APIs, event platforms, data platforms, and cloud services.
n
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design reviews with clients.
n
- Guide implementation using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
n
- Advise clients on integration patterns, scalability, resilience, and cloud architecture.
n
- Troubleshoot complex distributed-system and production issues.
n
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
n
- Develop reusable implementation patterns and technical accelerators.
n




- Mentor technical consultants and raise engineering standards.
n

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience working with distributed and mission-critical systems.
n
- Strong client-facing technical consulting experience.
n
- Experience leading technical workshops and architecture/design discussions.

Domain Experience:

Banking technology experience is strongly preferred.
