About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, agile, and result-oriented PGT Accountancy to teach Class 11 and Class 12 (CBSE curriculum). The ideal candidate must have strong conceptual clarity, excellent classroom management, and a track record of preparing students for board exams and competitive commerce entries.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for Class 11 & 12 Accountancy as per the latest CBSE syllabus.
Design lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and mock test papers aligned with board exam patterns.
Regularly evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct remedial sessions for students needing extra support.
Guide students through practical projects, viva preparation, and case studies.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic progress and behavioral development.




Participate actively in school academic events, commerce club activities, and staff meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with B.Ed (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school handling senior secondary classes.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of CBSE Accountancy syllabus and evaluation standards.
Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in smart classes, modern teaching aids, and digital evaluation tools.
