Job PurposeThe PCG Advisor will manage HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices by offering customized wealth management solutions, advisory, and broking services. This role involves end-to-end advisory, client acquisition, cross-selling, and dealing responsibilities, ensuring value addition to clients.

Key Deliverables
Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management policies.
Acquire and Service portfolios of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
Provide comprehensive investment advisory across segments (equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products).
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and advice based on market trends and client return objectives.
Drive cross-selling of third-party products to enhance client portfolios and wallet share.
Meet and exceed revenue/activation targets through equity/derivatives trading and product cross-selling.

Role Requirements
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. Mandatory: NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification.
Experience:




5+ years of experience in broking and wealth of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of capital markets, risk management, portfolio and trading operations.
Proven track record in current client acquisition through references and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High ethical standards and a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in Trading and Advisory Platforms and portfolio analytics.
