About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments and site visits for qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly targets.

Requirements




0–1 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
