Role Description This is a full-time, in office Product Specialist role based in Chennai.

The Product

Specialist will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, demonstrate product features, and guide them on effective product usage. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing post-sales product support, assisting the sales team with product presentations, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. The role involves maintaining detailed product knowledge, preparing documentation or training materials, and coordinating with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and support to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Solid product-related expertise,



including experience in Product Specialist or similar roles and the ability to understand technical and functional aspects of software solutions.
Solid analytical skills to interpret customer needs, product performance data, and market feedback, and to support data-driven recommendations.
Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation capabilities, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to manage customer expectations, handle queries and issues professionally, and ensure a positive user experience.
Sales and collaboration skills to support sales efforts, participate in product demos, identify upsell opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Chennai, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in software or IT services domains and familiarity with CRM or support tools will be considered an advantage.
