Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production activities
Achieve production targets and timelines
Manage production teams, supervisors & workers
Coordinate Raw Material, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing & Packing
Maintain quality, productivity and production efficiency
Control wastage, rejection and production delays
Manage manpower & machine utilization
Handle production reports, MIS and daily updates
Coordinate with Maintenance, Vendors & Job Workers

Requirements
Solid knowledge of Textile/Home Textile Production
Excellent team handling & leadership skills
Production planning & problem-solving ability
Valuable communication and coordination skills
MS Excel/MIS knowledge preferred

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
