You will serve as the technical architect across flagship Evolving Systems' products, ensuring

continued reliability while leading their evolution to modern technology stacks.

n

You are expert in domain of service provisioning and order orchestration. You are expert in older

n

Java technologies such as Java Swing and equally have mastery of new Java technologies. You

n

have worked on C++ and related technologies such as Pro*C.

n

You have deep understanding of workings on databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

n

You have flair of DevSecOps and know how to implement the DevSecOps process and select

n

tools for the same.

What You Will Be Doing

Technical Architect

n

Serve as the Technical Architect across flagship Evolving Systems products

n

n

Product Maintenance & Operational Excellence

n

⮚ Investigate and resolve complex production and customer-reported issues.

n

⮚ Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

n

⮚ Maintain product reliability, scalability, performance, and security.

n

n

Technology Modernization

n





⮚ Define and execute the technical modernization roadmap for the flagship products in

n

your scope.

n

⮚ Execute migration from legacy technologies to modern frameworks, architectures, and

n

development practices.

n

⮚ Evaluate and implement improvements in automation, testing, deployment, monitoring,

n

and security.

n

Expert Developer

n

⮚ Fix reported issue and bugs using your hands on Java expertise

n

⮚ Blend expertise of C++ developer to fix reported issue and bugs

n

⮚ Set up process and tools for DevSecOps

n

⮚ Use your understanding of behaviour of database and inner working of products to

n

improve its performance.

n

⮚ Master Tcl and its inner working in the scope of the products.

Qualifications & Experience

n

⮚ 14+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise software products.

n

⮚ Proven experience working with and maintaining large legacy applications.

n

⮚ Solid expertise in Java-based enterprise application development.

n

⮚ Solid understanding of:

n

o Software Architecture Principles

n

o Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns

n

o Distributed Systems

n

o Database Design and Optimization

n

o Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting

n

⮚ Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

n

⮚ Experience working in Linux-based environments.

n

⮚ Hands-on experience with source control, build pipelines, and CI/CD practices.

n

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

n

o Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.

n

o Expertise in data modelling and database design.

n

o Good understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL optimization.
