Role: Sr Power BI Developer

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (5 days mandatory work from office)

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
n
- Utilize Copilot capabilities within Power BI and related tools to accelerate report development and generate insights
n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports
n
- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows using AI-assisted features
n
- Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business needs
n
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling techniques
n
- Troubleshoot report issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback
n
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, especially AI and Copilot enhancements
n

n

Must-Have Skills

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI with over 2 years experience in PowerBI and at least 4 years experience in report development.
n
- Must have proficiency in using Copilot for report creation in PBI, DAX generation, and visualization suggestions
n
- Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language)
n
- Good hands-on experience in SQL
n




- Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills with a focus on usability and storytelling
n
- Positive communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements
n
