Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Java-based applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and optimize database solutions using Sybase and MongoDB.
n
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
n
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
n
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
n
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
n
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
n
- Support CI/CD initiatives and Agile development practices.
n

Technical Skills

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17.
n
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework.
n
- Strong expertise in Sybase Database development, query optimization,



stored procedures, and performance tuning.
n
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB design, development, and administration concepts.
n
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
n
- Valuable understanding of SQL, database design, and data modeling.
n
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS, or RabbitMQ is desirable.
n
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
n

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain.
n
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
n
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
n
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

- Development experience with programming languages
