Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
Experience in technical talent sourcing or Boolean searches.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in staffing or consulting settings.
Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Robust communication and follow-up skills.
