Key Responsibilities
Assist in production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment
Perform minor and major soldering work on electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies with precision and safety
Support process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manufacturing waste
Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain product reliability and compliance with standards
Collaborate with R&D;, Design, and Service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Contribute to the implementation of current manufacturing technologies and techniques
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
Maintain accurate production documentation and reports as per company protocols
Ensure adherence to safety, ESD,



and regulatory guidelines during manufacturing operations

Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
Hands-on experience or understanding of electronic assembly, soldering (minor & major), and rework techniques
Robust understanding of electronics fundamentals and communication systems
Interest in medical device manufacturing and product development
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn emerging technologies
