Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production plans as per sales/order requirements.
Monitor production processes, manpower, machines and raw material availability.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time and cost.
Maintain production records, batch records and daily production reports.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Store, Dispatch and Maintenance teams.
Monitor wastage, production efficiency and material consumption.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety in the production area.
Support new product trials and process improvement activities.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Food / Beverage / Bakery / Premix / FMCG Manufacturing.




Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Production or relevant field.
Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Robust Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Positive team handling and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production workplace.
