Role Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Executive to manage end-to-end production & packing operations in shifts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining quality, and driving efficiency on the shop floor.

Experience: 3–7 years in food manufacturing/production

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or relevant discipline

Preferred experience:
Fried snacks / Namkeen / Traditional Indian snacks
Bakery / Biscuits / Cookies / Sweets / RTE foods
Hands-on shift production & manpower management





Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end shift production and achieve production targets
Supervise manpower and production-floor operations
Ensure consistency in product quality, weight, size, texture and frying
Monitor process parameters, yield, wastage and productivity
Troubleshoot production and quality issues
Ensure GMP, hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance
Maintain production records and coordinate with QA, Maintenance & Stores
Drive process improvement and reduce wastage

Ideal Candidate:

A hands-on production qualified who understands food processing, frying operations, process control and shop-floor management.

Candidates from Engineering/other graduate backgrounds with relevant food-production experience are also welcome.
