Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects, covering Civil & Interiors and/or MEP works.
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resources, and overall project delivery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Oversee C&I; works and/or MEP services including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV, finishes, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and other fit-out works.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Identify and resolve technical, execution, and coordination issues to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage contractors and vendors and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and cost requirements.
Drive testing, commissioning, snagging,



and final project handover.

Job Requirements
8–15 years of experience in turnkey interiors, commercial fit-outs, project management, or design & build.
Robust experience in C&I; and/or MEP project execution, preferably in corporate office projects.
Positive understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality, and site execution.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Engineering qualification in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline preferred.
