TCS is hiring for the role "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admin".

Location : Hyderabad

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Job Requirements:

Overall, 6–8 years of experience in IT administration

n

n
- Minimum 4 years of expertise in Power Platform administration.
n
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM administration, environment management, user and security administration.
n
- ,Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer-facing roles.
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

6 to 8 + years of Power Platform administration

n

n

Environment Management

n

n
- Create, configure, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) via Power Platform Admin Center.
n
- Perform environment copy, reset, and removal as per organizational policies.
n
- Monitor environment health and resolve issues related to access, performance, and configuration.
n

n

User & Security Administration

n

n
- Manage user access, security roles, and security groups.
n
- Coordinate with Environment Owners for role assignments and privilege escalations.
n
- Ensure compliance with PIM (Privileged Identity Management) and tenant-level security standards.




n

n

Storage & Resource Management

n

n
- Monitor Dataverse storage usage (Database, File, Log).
n
- Advise on storage compliance and coordinate cleanup or purchase of additional capacity.
n
- Track and report resource utilization (apps, flows, portals, Power Pages sites).
n

n

Governance & Compliance

n

n
- Implement and enforce ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices.
n
- Maintain SOPs for workplace setup, mailbox activation, and portal configuration.
n
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft licensing and subscription requirements.
n

n

Issue Resolution & Support

n

n
- Act as L3 support for tenant-level issues in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
n
- Engage with Microsoft Support for escalations and troubleshooting.
n
- Provide KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions and documentation for new Joiners.
n

n

Communication & Reporting

n

n
- Draft formal communications for environmental changes, compliance notices, and advisory updates.
n
- Prepare monthly reports on storage, environment health, and incident summaries.
n
