Project Coordinator – AV/IT Projects

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with site technicians, engineers, project teams, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and monitoring of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site technicians and engineers on a daily basis and track their activities.
Collect daily progress reports from the site team and maintain proper records.
Update project progress, activities, pending works, material status, and site issues in Excel trackers on a daily basis.
Monitor project execution stage-wise as per the approved schedule and BOQ.
Track completed, ongoing, and pending activities and highlight delays or dependencies.
Follow up with site teams regarding installation, testing, commissioning, programming, and handover activities.
Maintain daily and weekly project status reports for management review.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely resolution of site-related issues.
Maintain records of manpower deployment, site activities, material requirements, pending points, and completion status.
Prepare regular MIS/project status reports and provide clear updates on the overall project progress.




Escalate critical site issues, delays, material shortages, or dependencies to the concerned project manager.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of project activities from mobilization to final handover.

Key Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of project trackers/MIS reports.
Ability to coordinate with multiple site teams simultaneously.
Good follow-up and task-monitoring skills.
Basic understanding of AV/IT/ELV project execution will be an added advantage.
Ability to understand project stages, timelines, dependencies, and completion status.
Positive organizational and documentation skills.

Primary Objective: The Project Coordinator will act as the central coordination point between the site team and management, ensuring that daily site activities are tracked, updated in Excel, monitored stage-wise, and reported accurately so that management has transparent visibility of the project status at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
