A Client Success Manager is responsible for Account Management, Client Relation Management, Project Management and Team Management. S/he should be able to easily recognize and endorse projects that can lead to the goals and progress of the company vision.

 Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

n

 Maintain robust client relationships and ensure seamless communication, fostering client satisfaction and retention.

n

 Initiate and manage strategic partnerships and alliance agreements to drive business growth.

n

 Oversee company operations to enhance efficiency, control costs, and implement tactical initiatives to mitigate losses.

n

 Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful operational performance reports for leadership review.

n

 Lead and oversee marketing initiatives while implementing best business practices to optimize results.

n

 Delegate responsibilities effectively and mentor employees to strengthen team capabilities and drive performance.

n

 Conduct performance reviews, implement training programs,



and ensure succession planning for key roles.

n

 Set and monitor targets across Quality, Service, and Productivity metrics, ensuring organizational objectives are met.

n

 Resolve operational issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and implement preventive measures.

n

 Monitor and report productivity, efficiency, and project execution, including tracking actions, communications, and documentation to ensure timely and effective delivery.

n

 Take proactive measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.

n

2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relation Management & Project Management

n

Requirements

n

 Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in marketing or business fields.

n

 Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

n

 Having worked in a marketing agency is preferred.  Competent at the MS Office

n

n

Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate

n

n

Experience: 2-4 years Preferred: Digital Marketing Note: Immediate joining preferred
