Overall responsibility for HVAC/MEP project planning, execution, coordination, and completion.
Manage the project from initial mobilization through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover/validation.
Supervise and coordinate HVAC ducting works, including GI/PUF/PPGL ducts, insulation, supports, dampers, grills, diffusers, VAVs and related accessories.
Manage installation and commissioning of AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, ventilation systems, exhaust systems, chillers, pumps and cooling towers.
Handle complete VRV/VRF system installation, refrigerant piping, pressure testing, vacuuming, charging, testing and commissioning.
Coordinate fire-fighting systems, including piping, pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarm interfaces and testing/commissioning.
Coordinate BMS works, including HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, DDC panels, control panels,



graphics, communication and integration with other systems.
Ensure proper coordination between HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, BMS, civil and architectural teams.
Review and coordinate shop drawings, design drawings, coordinated drawings, builders' work drawings and as-built drawings.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements and procurement plans.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and subcontractors for technical and commercial requirements.
Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, safety and project timelines.
