Qualification BE/ Btech Mechanical or electrical

Experience 7 to 10 years

Location Sanand Gujarat

Green field projects industrial

Salary Rs.12 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Manage site execution of mechanical works of fit out projects (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment installation, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
Develop, monitor, and update detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel , MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6. ( MSP &
P6 not mandatory)
Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Support planning, sequencing for mechanical activities.
Maintain project documentation.

Required Skills &
Competencies:
Robust knowledge of mechanical execution and construction methodologies.
In depth expertise in planning and scheduling using
Excel , MSP and Primavera P6. ( MSP &
P6 not mandatory)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking sheets, analysis, dashboards).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for skilled presentations.
Positive coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
