PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER – QUARRY

Job Summary

We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage relationships between the quarry, local community, government authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders. The role requires robust communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain positive relationships with local communities, government departments, and authorities.
Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding quarry-related matters, inspections, permissions, and documentation.
Handle and resolve public and community complaints professionally.
Coordinate with local representatives, residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Support management in maintaining positive community relations and the company’s reputation.
Assist in obtaining and following up on required permits, approvals, and statutory matters.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and official interactions.




Monitor local issues that may affect quarry operations and report them to management.
Maintain records of meetings, complaints, correspondence, and official communications.
Support management during inspections, meetings, and other official engagements.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Public Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Ex-Military personnel with solid communication, discipline, leadership, and field coordination experience are highly preferred.

Experience
5+ years of experience in public relations, government liaison, administration, community relations, or a similar role.
Experience in quarry, mining, construction, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,717.82 - ₹39,939.13 per month
