Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for driving the Engineering (Capex and Opex) Material sourcing. Responsible of P2P planning and ensuring timely deliveries to ensure zero production stoppages.

Float enquiries, receive quotations, and prepare comparative statements (CS).

Conduct technical & commercial evaluation with user/engineering team.

Develop and maintain approved vendor list (AVL).

Follow up for on-time delivery and coordinate with vendors.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.

Coordinate with plant, maintenance, and project teams.

Oversee rate contracts (RC) for regular items.

Work on cost reduction and value engineering initiatives

Experience in collecting and analysing data.





Understanding of forecasting and budgeting

Job Requirements :
Solid knowledge of engineering materials & equipment Must be familiar with SAP based portals transactions.

Well versed in Data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards). Should be valuable in numbers and excel skills.

Valuable negotiation and influencing skills, to get the job done with both internal as well as external stakeholders.

Excellent Cross functional team working skills.

Ability to read technical specifications & drawings.
