Job Summary

Shahiris Restaurant is looking for an experienced Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage purchasing, inventory, billing, stock control, and cost control operations.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the restaurant or F&B; industry and a robust understanding of restaurant purchasing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily purchasing of food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant requirements
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Maintain accurate stock records and purchase documentation
Handle purchase bills and billing-related activities
Conduct regular physical stock checks and stock reconciliation
Monitor food cost, purchase cost, wastage, and stock variance
Identify and reduce unnecessary costs and wastage




Ensure proper storage and stock rotation
Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant operations team regarding purchasing and stock requirements
Prepare regular purchase and inventory reports

Candidates should be detail-oriented and responsible

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
