Summary Job Functions:
Review of DRS, Documents and data related raw material, packing material and consumable material, reagent & volumetric (LIMS) and water analysis.
Responsible for management of all activities related to sampling, analysis and release of raw material, packaging material and consumable material analysis along with physicochemical analysis of water.
To execute and support in investigation of LIR, OOS or OOT, NCR, Change Control (QEdge) and Deviation
Preparation, review and revision

Key Responsibilities:

To execute and support in investigation of LIR, OOS or OOT, NCR, Change Control (QEdge) and Deviation
Preparation, review and revision of documents as and when required
Planning, scheduling and follow-up of analysis in RM/PM section. To impart training on different tests to current employees and student trainees in QEdge TMS
To verify calibration/ verification/ qualification/ cleaning/ monitoring activities of various QC instruments/ equipment’s as per schedule.
Execution of gap analysis of QC system and effective implementation of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
