Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for cost estimation, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, sound knowledge of construction materials and methods, and the ability to prepare accurate cost reports and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, structural, and MEP works.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for various projects.
Evaluate and verify contractor bills, variations, and claims.
Prepare and update project cost reports and assist in project budgeting.
Analyze material and labor requirements to determine cost efficiency.
Liaise with the project and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Assist in value engineering and cost control measures.
Maintain records of all project cost data, drawings, and documentation.




Provide inputs during tender evaluation and negotiation processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
Strong knowledge of rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
Exposure to contract management and cost control.
Knowledge of local market rates and material sourcing.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
