About the Chance

We are hiring for a President-level leadership role with a high-growth, institutionally backed B2B business operating in a large and fragmented market. The company focused on B2B industrials, trading, manufacturing, and commodities.

The business has established a strong market position and is entering its next phase of scale, professionalization and institutional growth.

The President will take end-to-end ownership of the company's core operating engine, working closely with the Founder and Board.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced operator who has successfully managed a sizeable, complex and working-capital-intensive business.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L;
Own the overall business P&L; and deliver revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
Drive commercial performance while balancing volume, margins and capital efficiency.
Establish a rigorous operating cadence around business performance and decision-making.

Operations
Lead end-to-end operating execution across the business.
Build scalable systems, processes,



SOPs and performance dashboards.
Improve coordination across commercial, operations, finance and support functions.
Drive greater predictability and accountability as the organisation scales.

Finance & Capital
Partner closely with the finance leadership team on working capital and cash-flow management.
Strengthen credit, receivables, inventory and funding processes.
Work with lenders and financial stakeholders to support the next phase of growth.
Ensure growth is achieved without compromising business economics or capital efficiency.

People & Organisation
Lead and develop an experienced senior leadership team.
Establish transparent accountability, performance management and organisational structures.
Build a strong leadership bench for the next phase of the company.
Create a high-performance operating culture while retaining a collaborative, low-ego workplace.
