JOB PURPOSE The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for complete commercial and quantity control of MIPL projects, from PO/contract receipt through procurement, execution, billing, variations, subcontractor certification, cost monitoring and final project closure.

The primary objective of the role is to ensure:
Correct quantities are purchased and executed.
Project costs remain within approved budgets.
No material or financial leakage occurs.
Client billing is maximised and submitted on time
Subcontractor/vendor bills are verified against actual work.
Variations and additional works are properly recorded and recovered.
Project profitability is continuously monitored.
Final project reconciliation is completed without commercial losses. ---
