QUALITY ENGINEER – MACHINING INDUSTRYJob Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Inspection in a CNC/VMC/VTL machining industry. Freshers may also be considered for junior positions.
Good knowledge of engineering drawing, GD&T;, tolerances and surface finish.
Experience in CNC/VMC/VTL component inspection and process quality control.
Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge and Thread Gauges.
Ability to identify machining defects and perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA and basic quality documentation.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality requirements is preferred.
Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan,



MSA and CMM will be an added advantage.
Should be able to prepare inspection reports, dimensional reports and rejection reports.
Valuable communication and coordination skills with Production and Quality teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Willingness to work in a production/machining workplace.
Solid attention to detail, problem-solving ability and commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience Experience in Valve, Pump, Automotive, Aerospace or Precision Machining components will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
