About the Role

nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Support / Document Controller / Executive Assistant to join our EB-5 investment business. This hybrid role is central to keeping our case files, investor documentation, and executive operations running smoothly and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across document control, executive support, and cross-functional coordination in a quick-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

nKey Responsibilities

n Document Control & Compliance
n
n
Maintain, organize, and update EB-5 case files, investor records, and regulatory documentationn
Ensure accurate version control, filing, and secure storage of sensitive legal and financial documentsn
Track document status, deadlines, and outstanding requirements across active casesn
Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing accurate, well-organized recordsn

n Executive & Business Support
n
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership,



including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordinationn
Draft, proofread, and format business communications, reports, and presentationsn
Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings with investors, attorneys, and government agenciesn
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismn

n Coordination & Operations
n
n
Liaise with investors, legal counsel, immigration consultants, and regulatory bodies as neededn
Coordinate cross-border communication between India and Dubai teamsn
Support general business operations tasks, including vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and office administrationn
Assist with ad hoc projects as required by leadershipn
