Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer & Mobilizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing and delivering interactive soft skills and life skills sessions for young graduates, including topics such as communication, teamwork, professionalism, and workplace behavior. The trainer will mobilize and engage youth participants, conduct orientation and counseling sessions, and maintain high attendance and participation levels. Daily responsibilities include planning training schedules,



tracking learner progress, maintaining training records, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing regular feedback and support to learners. The role also requires organizing employer-connect activities, preparing learners for interviews, and ensuring smooth transition from training to placement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Soft Skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and build rapport with youth.
