Job Summary

/n

We are seeking Technical Program Managers to support a large-scale migration initiative. The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires solid stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.
/n
Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.
/n
Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
/n
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
/n




Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership.
/n
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise program updates.
/n
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
/n
Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.
/n

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
/n
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
/n
Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.
/n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
/n
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
/n
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving capabilities.
