Home Loan Sales Executive / Relationship Manager
Generate and develop business prospects for Home Loans, Housing Finance, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Identify prospective customers and understand their housing finance and property loan requirements.
Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, market visits, and other sales channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Collect and verify required customer and property-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers throughout the loan process.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales:
Generate leads for Home Loans, Housing Loans, Property Loans, and LAP.
Pitch suitable loan products based on customer requirements.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.




Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Customer Handling
Understand customers' financial and property-related requirements.
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.

Loan Processing
Collect KYC, income, banking, and property-related documents.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Follow up on pending documentation and credit requirements.
Track loan applications through approval and disbursement.
Ensure timely resolution of customer and processing-related issues.

Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Education: Graduate.
English: Basic English.
Age: 18–34 years.
Gender: Any gender.
