Role & responsibilities
Responsible for end to end recruitment for roles like Diploma/Engineers (Mech/Elect/Instrument etc), Technicians (ITI), Fitter, Rigger, Electrician, Safety Supervisors, Operators etc in a time bound manner. Sourcing, Initial screening, interview scheduling, Offer negotitaion, sending offers, getting confirmation from candidates, joining support, building candidates data banks etc
Preferred candidate profile
Should have experience in technical recruitment for manufacturing/oil & gas/petrochemicals, solar manufacturing etc. Candidates with experience in Solar Manufacturing recruitment (Module, Cell, Ingot Wafer etc.). We are O&M; contract company, so candidates with experience in O&M; Contracting, Staffing or similar companies working with clients will be preferred. Can work from home.
