Job Responsibilities:
Inspects and ensures high quality of product which matches pre
determined specifications.
Prepares reports, compiles, and maintains records on product quality status, and all inspections that
have been conducted.
Implements food tastes and maintains schedule of tasting
Inspects the facility to ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in order to meet food safety
requirements
Coordinate and supports on site audits conducted by external providers
Food Safety Training in HACCP and FSSAI
Validated Shelf life and SOP Preparation of Food and Beverages
Need to do Audit on FSSAI & HACCP
Qualification : B.Tech or M.sc in Food technology
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Male preffered

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
