Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Commercial Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting property presentations/site visits, and closing commercial real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for commercial properties.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
Stay updated on commercial real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably commercial real estate.
Experience with Channel Partner (CP) firms will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market is an advantage.
Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Candidates who can independently handle clients and site visits will be preferred.

Compensation Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
