We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to oversee and manage our Real Estate Ventures.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Robust knowledge of property and legal documentation
Experience in coordinating with Government Departments & Officials
Handling and follow-up of Government Approvals & Permissions
Knowledge of Zonal Classification / Zonal Check and Development Regulations
Coordination with concerned authorities for Planning & Layout Approvals
Strong Customer Relationship Management skills
Ability to handle Social Media & Digital Marketing coordination
Follow-up and coordination with Legal Consultants, Surveyors, Architects and Government Authorities




Ability to independently manage and monitor Real Estate Projects from documentation to approval stage
Positive communication, negotiation and leadership skills
