Requirements
Robust understanding of nutraceutical actives, herbal ingredients, recipients, and delivery formats (capsules, tablets, gummies, sachets, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV, GC, and other analytical tools.
Knowledge of FSSAI/USFDA/DSHEA guidelines.
Excellent documentation, scientific writing, and regulatory coordination.
Ability to innovate and scale lab formulations to commercial production.
Robust project management and team leadership abilities.
