Travel Sales Executive | Domestic & International Travel

Location: Work From Home during probation | Mumbai-based role after confirmation
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of proven sales experience
Probation: 45–60 days
Salary during probation: ₹20,000/month
Salary after confirmation: ₹35,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team at Antarabodh.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys travel and understands that selling a holiday is about creating a well-planned, personalised and memorable travel experience, rather than simply closing a booking.

You will be responsible for handling travel leads, understanding client requirements, curating personalised itineraries, nurturing enquiries and taking them through to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming domestic and international travel leads and understand the client’s requirements, preferences and budget.
* Curate and share detailed,



personalised itineraries and quotations.
* Nurture leads through consistent and meaningful follow-ups and work towards successful closure.
* Build strong relationships with clients through skilled and personalised communication.
* Take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first enquiry to booking closure.
* Provide excellent end-to-end post-sales support and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
* Post-sales calls and client communication are an essential part of the role and cannot be avoided.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and sales activity.
* All sales calls must be recorded as per company policy for quality, training and process improvement.
