Coordinate between field Loan Sanctioning Teams and Head Office.

Review, recommend and approve loans as per defined credit policies.

/n
Conduct area surveys, peer performance checks and negative-area reviews.

/n
Monitor high-risk Business Units and low-performing staff; implement corrective action plans.

/n
Partner with Business and Collections teams to address field-level issues and improve portfolio quality.

/n




Monitor compliance with bank policies, audit observations and regulatory requirements.

/n
Conduct field visits and monitor LSO/LSA/AM performance based on control reports and audit findings.

/n
Manage credit administration, staff training, guidance and performance monitoring.

/n
Support manpower planning, recruitment, transfers and infrastructure requirements.

/n
Track and consolidate MIS/data from AM-LS teams and report key issues to senior management.

/n
Monitor market and competitor trends and recommend best practices.
