Role Description This is a full time, in office Real Estate Salesperson role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will assist clients in identifying suitable residential and investment properties, conduct site visits, and provide detailed property consultations. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing, maintaining relationships with builders and developers,



and staying updated on local market trends and inventory. The role involves preparing and presenting property options, explaining pricing and offers, supporting clients with documentation and transaction processes, and ensuring a transparent and customer-focused experience throughout.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and client relationship management.
Sound knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, particularly in the Bengaluru market.
Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals.
Relevant Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one, as per local regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Ability to work in office, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
