This is a performance-based, incentive-only opportunity where your earning potential depends on the deals you close. No prior real estate experience is required — we will provide guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities - Generate and follow up with potential clients.
Understand clients' property requirements.
Show and coordinate property visits.
Communicate with property owners and clients.
Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads.
Build a network of clients and property owners.
Achieve monthly sales/rental targets.

Requirements - Freshers are welcome.




Robust communication and convincing skills.
Confident and energetic personality.
Interest in real estate and sales.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp communication.
Willingness to learn and grow.
