We are hiring Tele calling Executives.
This role is open to all who have robust communication skills, confidence, and emotional strength to handle patient calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
Provide information about clinic services and appointments
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Address patient queries with empathy and care
Maintain call and patient records
Eligibility:
Education: Any Graduate preferred
Experience in tele-calling or healthcare support is an advantage
